Key responsibilities include:
Assisting Manager with daily operations and supervision of dining services associates
Assisting in training of associates and scheduling
Ensuring that meals are palatable and appetizing in appearance
Maintaining a pleasant and clean environment
Assisting service staff during mealtime as needed - greeting and seating residents and guests
