Onboarding Coordinator & Corporate Trainer

The Onboarding Coordinator & Corporate Trainer is responsible for organizing, streamlining, and executing onboarding processes and being the primary point of contact from the time a job offer is accepted through New Employee Orientation. They are responsible for coordinating with new team members and their supervisors to ensure a positive onboarding experience. They are also responsible for providing education, skill development, and ongoing learning opportunities to employees of the organization to support their job performance and development, as well as the organization's strategic plan. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Onboarding o Partner with the recruiting and screening teams and monitor applicant tracking documents to coordinate new employee start dates upon job offer acceptance and satisfactory completion of background screeningso Enter new team member data into the human resources information systemo Communicate with new employees to schedule their start date, provide information regarding new employee orientation and pre-employment tasks to be completed, provide needed assistance and support in completing pre-employment tasks, and serve as the primary point of contact with new team members from the time the job offer is accepted through New Employee Orientationo Coordinate with new team members supervisors to ensure a welcoming plan is in place for the new teamo member upon completion of new employee orientation; ensure this plan is communicated and followedo througho Analyze organizational onboarding processes and identify areas for growth to ensure a positive experience for new and existing team members Corporate Trainingo Provide training to employees based on programmatic, departmental, organizational, and regulatory needs and requirements upon hire and ongoingo Develop training initiatives, strategies and goals through assessment and analysis based on ongoing monitoring and managerial and employee feedbacko Identify the most effective and efficient means of training delivery throughout the organization utilizingo available technology and making recommendations for expansion to senior management as neededo Complete and submit paperwork and documentation associated with the various training programso Although driving is not an essential function of the position, a valid license and agency established minimum automobile coverage are required in the event the employee drives during employmento Travel 30% of the timeo Other duties as assigned Bachelor's degree required in education, IT, human services or business-related field preferred Strong educational background and varied employment experience with knowledge in areas of business,technology, primary care, and behavioral health required Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
