Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Commercial Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outside sales and business development activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for construction sales.
MUST have at least 2 years of prior commercial fence installation experience and/or at least 2 years in outside commercial fence sales.
Responsibilities:
Estimating / Sale of fences by conducting site evaluations and subsequent design work based on customer needs.
MUST be able to read blueprints and provide take offs Communicating all facets of our products / services to our prospective customers.
Relationship building with prospective customers.
Closing deals and signing contracts.
Ability to manage provided leads responsibly, efficiently, and thoroughly is of upmost importance.
Must have a clear understanding of contract agreements and be able to explain and review the agreement with customers.
Logging all communications with customers in contact database.
Ability to provide detailed information to the Operations Division of Elite Fence towards the installation of your sale.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process Will handle all company leads in the commercial division.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management techniques Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer information Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Desired Skills & Experience--
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office.
Company vehicle will be available to use for sales appointments.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
Demonstrated/proven sales history in outside sales.
Ability to create a specific sales proposal based on site conditions and project parameters.
Good working knowledge of construction processes and planning.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
The candidate must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule based upon task completion.
All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background, drug screen, and have a valid MO driver license.
Work Level Desired:
2 years of outside sales experience is required WITH ONE YEAR COMMERCIAL FENCE SALES EXPERIENCE.
